Hello, thank you for visiting my page. My name is Samuel and I am the owner of SJR Mortgages.

The story:

With a previous background in Sport and Fitness, I was a postgraduate seeking opportunities to progress in Physiotherapy. During this time, I landed a job at Nationwide Building Society in 2018. I instantly loved getting to know clients and understanding their financial situation, with the intention of helping them achieve their dream home and set them up with financial security to protect their future.

In 2020, I joined an estate agency as their chosen Mortgage Broker, offering tailored advice with a comprehensive panel of lenders and insurers. This was a steep learning curve, heightened by the complexities caused by COVID-19. Nonetheless, I flourished through this time, achieving Top 10 Mortgage Broker in the UK for one of the biggest networks in the country.

This gave me the confidence to make the daunting but exciting leap to self-employed mortgage advice!

I am now extremely proud to own a company which values offering a bespoke financial service to new and repeat clients, helping them achieve their financial goals.
